Ingredients:
 
1/2 cup Soy sauce light
1/2 cup Rice vinegar
1 tsp Sesame seeds toasted
20 ml Scallions minced
4 cup Kohlrabi slices cut into chunks
Method:
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, sesame seeds and scallions.



Serve in a bowl surrounded by Kohlrabi chunks. Provide picks for eating.



Serving size: 1/3 cup each



NOTES : Kohlrabi is excellent eaten raw. Just peel it and slice it. The taste is similar to cabbage heart. [Bobbie Statman
