Ingredients:
 
2 cup yellow cornmeal
2 cup all-purpose flour
2 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup real bacon bits
1/2 cup butter - (1 stick) melted
2   eggs
40 ml baking powder
2 tsp salt
Method:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Coat a 9- by 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.



In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well and place in the baking pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.



Cut into squares and serve warm.



This recipe yields 6 servings.
