2/3 cup BUTTER, MELTED, COOLED
2 1/3 cup BROWN SUGAR
3   EGGS
2 3/4 cup FLOUR
2 1/2 tsp BAKING POWDER
1/2 tsp SALT
2 cup CHOCOLATE CHIPS (12 oz.)
1 cup CHOPPED WALNUTS (OPTIONAL)
Method:
IN A MEDIUM BOWL COMBINE BUTTER, EGGS, AND BROWN SUGAR. COMBINE FLOUR, SALT, AND BAKING POWDER IN ANOTHER BOWL. COMBINE WITH BUTTER MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL SMOOTH. FOLD IN CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND NUTS AND MIX WELL. SPREAD IN A GREASED 10" X 15" BAKING DISH. BAKE AT 325 DEG F. FOR 35 MINUTES.
