Ingredients:
 
1 can Salmon
1   Onion, grated
1 tsp Salt
2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Bread crumbs
6 lrg Potatoes, sliced or cubed
40 ml Butter
1   Egg
Method:
Layer potatoes and salmon in casserole. Mix onion, salt, butter, milk, and egg together. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle on bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for 1 hour. The book says that this is a Finnish dish.
